Key focus areas:
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator
- Managing Conflict with Emotional Intelligence
- Leveraging Personality Diversity to Spur Innovation: Four People You Should Know-
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is a tool that helps people increase their self-awareness, understand and appreciate differences in others, and apply personality insights to improve their personal and professional effectiveness.
Participants will utilize skills like self-awareness, empathy, active listening, and self-regulation to understand and address the emotions of all parties involved in a conflict, leading to more constructive and positive resolutions, rather than simply focusing on the issue at hand.
This workshop provides a highly effective approach to identifying, analyzing, and connecting personality styles. participants will take away a new tool in their belt in deciding how to sell to different personality types, how to deal with personality differences, and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
Diversity, Social Justice, and Inclusive Excellence:
Participants will recognize the relationship between diversity and inclusion within an organization as well as steps for maintaining a diverse workforce. In this DEI workshop participants will identify common examples of unconscious bias, how to catch and correct it before it has a negative impact on their interactions with others, and how to contribute to a positive, more inclusive workplace environment.
